We're always on the lookout for fresh new talent to perform in our intimate venue - No stages here, you're up close with the punters & in the action!
Soloists, Duos & Full Band lineups! We lean more to the 'Pub Rock / Alternative' sounds & generally our crowd appreciates their covers. However, we enjoy all talent and love some originals thrown in. We are an upbeat venue and look for bands to reflect this - Think party jams, no sleepy sorrows here, please.
We don't charge a door charge or entry fee & we offer competitive rates (sorry Band-Riders or Meals aren't included). Fees are agreed upon during the booking process & the amount is FINAL and not up for dispute on the evening. Any money due will ONLY be paid at completion of all sets & pack up has completed.
Load-In is through the Balson Street doors and is to take place no sooner than 1 hour prior. Pack up & Load-Out is to be completed no longer than 1 hour after all music is concluded.

We're relaxed & a fun time venue but also expect an air of professionalism for all acts.
Band posters & marketing of events through Facebook & Social Medias is expected.
3 Hours of music: 3 x 45mins sets with 2 x 20 min breaks
Times before Co-VID times were typically:
Thursdays 8pm - 11pm
Fridays 8pm - 11pm
Saturdays 8:30pm - 11:30pm
Sundays 6pm - 9pm
(We also have OPEN MIC Monday evenings, if you'd like to come & strut your stuff in person at the chance of a gig. The 'best performer' of the evening also walks away with $50 CASH!).

Typically we stick with 1 band per evening but if you have other bands you like to play with, we're all ears (please note that any additional bands will also need to be approved before performing at the venue & any monies paid will be split between any acts playing at your discretion & any issues resulting from this are strictly your own.
Please note that currently there's no in-house PA, Mixer or Lighting and these will need to provided by the band booked.
Please be aware that as we are located in a residential area volume limit is to be STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

We have been long-standing supporters of the St.Kilda Sharks Women's AFL & both the MMPL Champions Inkerman Ball-breakers & Wednesday's Pool Team but have also sponsored The Inkerman Soccer Club, Gary Owen Gaelic Football Club & individual players.

Wheelchair Accessibility?
We have access through our doors on the Inkerman & Balston Street corner. Wheelchair accomodating toilets can be found in our Bistro area.
Currently, there is a small step into our Arcade Bar/Function Room & the toilets are not wheelchair accessible in this area.

Parking
We have a private car park opposite the venue specifically for customers only. The car park is locked outside trading hours. There's ample street parking as marked.

Can I bring a cake?
Yes, however, there will be a cakeage fee if you require us to cut & plate it for you.
Please contact us prior to arrange this service.

Are Children welcome?
Yes. We have Kids Meals & High Tables available on request.
However, we require children to exit the venue by 9pm. They also require constant adult or legal guardian supervision.

Are you open Public Holidays?
Yes, we are, however, we may have altered trading hours. Be sure to contact us if unsure.
